False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are offered at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a three-year period.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Prerequisites

These programs begin at NCV level two plus the bare minimum requirement would then be Grade nine certificate with a pass in Arithmetic.

After the student finishes NCVLevel 2, they'd then have attained a grade 10 certificate. NCV Level three would be grade eleven and NCV Level four is grade twelve.

NCV Level 4 is at the exit level, becoming equivalent to a Countrywide Senior Certificate (NSC).

Grade 9 is on NQF level 1. Our NCV programmes start NCV stage two which is equivalent to an NQF click here level two.

On which type of students are fitted to these programmes, they say that the world is acknowledging that conventional education is not automatically the only real method of turning into an artisan or getting to be qualified so if a student knows from an early age what their passions are, the NCV programme is definitely perfectly suited for that student.
